The successful candidate will be responsible for different aspects of the food and beverage outlets in the hotel such as restaurants, banquets, catering, storeroom, staff schedules, budget and payroll. Ensures all servers are serving guests in a professional, courteous and efficient manner; servers remain knowledgeable about all daily specials and other menu items. Ensures all bartenders remain knowledgeable about liquor and pricing. Additionally the successful candidate will deal with guest situations and any special projects assigned by the General Manager.
