The incumbent must possess electrical skills, extensive theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of Electrical Engineering. Such knowledge and skills are normally obtained in the acquisition of a diploma in Electrical Engineering. The incumbent must also have at least four years post qualification experience in a similar or related job.
